The founder of Pass the Play Foundation — an organization born from my belief that every child deserves the chance to play.

Growing up, sports played a huge role in shaping who I am. They taught me discipline, confidence, and the value of teamwork. But I also know what it is for families to not be able to afford the gear to play.

So, I started Pass the Play to level the playing field — one ball, one pair of cleats, one jersey at a time.

Today, I’m proud to lead a growing team of volunteers, partners, and donors who share one goal: to remove the barriers between kids and the sports they love. This is more than a mission for me — it’s personal, it’s purposeful, and it’s just the beginning.

Chief Financial Officer

Dan brings over 10 years of experience in the private and public sectors. As a seasoned professional in financial oversight, Dan will ensure the financial health and sustainability of the Pass the Play Foundation.

In addition to his work in finance, Dan is a firm believer in the power of sports to foster personal development, community building, and healthy living. He was a Division 1 soccer player and a multiple sport athlete throughout his entire life.

Through his strategic contributions to the board, he will ensure that the Pass the Play Foundation continues to grow and reach as many children as possible, breaking down financial barriers and promoting a lifelong love for physical activity. Every child deserves the opportunity to not only dream for greatness, but to be given the opportunity to achieve it.

Vice President

Growing up, I found my joy in sports—whether it was on the basketball court, the baseball field, or the soccer pitch. These experiences shaped who I am today, teaching me the value of teamwork, discipline, and community. That’s why I’m honored to serve on the board of Pass the Play as Vice President.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to ensure every child has access to the joy and opportunities that come with playing sports, regardless of their financial situation. We bring this to life by collecting gently used sports equipment, encouraging community donations, and organizing fundraisers that unite people around a shared cause. Every piece of equipment and every contribution helps us open the door for more kids to play, grow, thrive, and find their joy in sports.

I’m a proud father of two—coaching my son’s baseball and basketball teams and cheering on my daughter in her dance journey.

Director of Operations

I am proud to serve the Pass the Play Foundation, using my meticulous nature to help as many kids and families as possible. While I may be new to the world of sports, I am no stranger to getting things done!

Pictured with me is my latest rescue, Mage, a nearly blind 8-year-old pup who was found on the streets. When he came to me, he was skin and bones, but now he lives the life of a king. This transformation is how I hope every child feels when they become part of something that will shape their character for the future.

With my heart and professional credentials, I am committed to making a meaningful contribution to the Foundation and our community. I look forward to supporting our mission to unite kids with the sports they love.

Director of Marketing & Communications

Growing up, I was deeply involved in sports: I played multiple sports as a kid and supported my brother throughout his flag football career. These experiences instilled in me a love for sports and the valuable lessons they teach.

I am excited to help achieve the foundation's mission of supporting children through sport. With over 7 years of experience in marketing, I thrive on the creative aspects of my work and am eager to use my skills to promote our cause.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, shopping, and spending time with my family, including my two dogs, Gus and Archie. I look forward to contributing to Pass the Play and helping children access the joy and opportunities that come with playing sports!
